Toolkit inventory

In the Rollo Academy Copilot track, the overview of every Copilot feature the track covers, used to pick the two to four features a playbook actually needs.

The toolkit inventory is the list you choose from before building a playbook. It is a concept from the Rollo Academy track, not a Microsoft feature. The closing lesson groups the track's capabilities by part: the building blocks (licence tier, modes, Pages, default grounding), the prompting discipline, ways to make work durable (Agent Builder, Researcher and Analyst, connectors, Notebooks) and the deepest layer (Copilot Studio, PowerPoint and Designer, Excel, Outlook and Teams).

When you build a playbook, you name the job first, then list the features from the inventory that already touch it instead of guessing. Most real playbooks use two to four features; one that chains six usually has a weak link a person would handle better. Name the handoff between steps too: which file, field or format moves from one tool to the next.

Often confused with: Your licence. The inventory lists what the track teaches, not what your plan includes; which Microsoft 365 Copilot features you can use still depends on the tier your IT department gives you.
